What are the necessary steps to set up and use crystal accounting software?
- Choose the appropriate programs from the crystal range of programs according to your needs and budget.
- Contract with the company through which the system can be installed on the server computer and other devices.
- Create an established account and user profile and enter your company information.
- Prepare a plan of accounts, taxes and currencies.
- Enter initial transactions and opening balances.
- Perform routine accounting operations such as recording invoices, payments, and restrictions.
- Prepare financial, tax and statistical reports.
How can I export or import data from or to the accounting software?
- Choose the export to excel option according to the report to be exported from the reports.
- Select the type of data you want to export, such as invoices, suppliers, or expenses.
- Select the desired file format, such as Excel or PDF.
- Select the place to save the file and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the export process and so the import process is carried out according to the controls.
When the program is running, a message appears that the user already exists?
The program is turned on and you click on the password and then the screen is closed. Then choose System Administration, specify the username and press delete. And then the program can be successfully used.
How can I fix an error in the Crystal program?
- Check the error messages that appear on the screen and correct incorrect inputs or changes.
- Check the user manual or the Help Center for possible solutions to the error.

هل يمكن غلق الحركات اليوميه لكل المستخدمين خلال فتره ؟ حتي لو كان المستخدمين لهم صلحيات التعديل
نعم يمكن غلق الحركات اليومية لكل المستخدمين من خلال قائمة حركات ثم إختيار غلق الفترة و من خلالها يمكن تحديد الفترة المراد غلقها او فتحها و هذة الخاصية من صلاحيات مدير النظام

فى المخازن هل توجد امكانية فتح عام 2024 والعمل فى عامين 2023 و 2024 فى نفس الوقت ؟
فى أخر تحديث لنظام المخازن يمكن العمل فى سنتين فى نفس الوقت مع امكانية نقل الارصدة للعام الجديد بشكل ألى بالاضافة الى التقييم الجديد للمخزون.
فى المخازن فى امكانية طباعة مجوعات تكلفة المنتاجات على اخر سعر دخول وليس المتوسط ؟
هناك تطوير فى العام 2024 يشمل تغيير سعر التكلفة باخر سعر شراء بضوابط محددة و سياسة فى تغيير سعر التكلفة بحيث لا يتم صرف البضاعة من المخزون بسعر أقل من الشراء و أيضا فى تكلفة المنتجات.
